GIRLS Just wanna DANCE & do YOGA with Erin Mulligan.

We can all benefit from a practice that provides uswith confidence, acceptance, and ease in our daily lives. This workshop is designed to empower GIRLS to build self-esteem, self-respect, and find happiness,despite challenges that come up. Join us for this fun exploration of yoga and dance (no experience required!) in a safe, supportive community. Expect movement that’s powerful yet mindful, as we explore themes of strength,honoring our intuition, emotional wellness, and body positivity.

We have a special guest teacher Erin Mulligan 500 RYT coming to Sunnywild!!! Erin is a dancer and yoga instructor who has experience working with children and teens. Her energy is vibrant, loving and accepting of all people. We are so blessed she is coming to spend time with these girls!!

AGES 8-11 will be 9-10 AM ($10)

AGES 12-19 will be 1030-NOON ($15)

Suitable for all levels. A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. This class is NOT heated. This series will meet twice a week with each new week building upon each other. Each class students will practice breathing techniques, foundational yoga poses and alignment, and feel acceptance in a peaceful setting. Space will be limited to 16 and payment to made in full before series starts to save spot.

Chair Yoga with Daty

Come take part in one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the help of a chair and experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor! Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.

restorative Yoga

Suitable for all levels. Restorative yoga poses require no muscular exertion; each pose is held for 5-7 minutes while supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. During the class, you will be guided to mindfully and consciously to notice thoughts and sensations in your body. Students leave feeling well rested and refreshed; with a new cultivated awareness and clarity. Guided Yoga Nidra is also incorporated throughout the class. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
