Level 1

These classes are designed to introduce new and continuing students to the foundations of alignment, breath, primary poses, sequences and variations.  Level 1 is intended for the student who has practiced yoga before, but beginners are welcome.  This is NOT a heated class.

These classes are open to all levels of practice.  Modifications are offered throughout the class for those newer to yoga.  More complex poses may be introduced for advanced students.  If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with the Intro to Yoga or Level 1 class, but this is not required.


Level 2/3 Flow

Level 2/3 classes are designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners.  We recommend that you have a solid practice and understanding of intermediate yoga postures and breathing techniques. These classes are exciting, challenging and great for those who are ready to take it to the next level. Class is heated to ~85 degrees.


Sunnywild strong (yogastrong)

60 min

This is a yoga-based strength building class full of dynamic movement as well as long slow holds to build heat. This class is excellent for building the strength needed to progress to level 2/3. Come sweat and have fun! Yoga basics is recommended.


heated vinyasa flow

Join Kelsey for a dynamic connection of movement and breath focused on endurance, flexibility, and strength. The heat will assist your body to naturally release tension and detoxify!! Come have some fun and FEEL GOOD in your body!!! Yoga basics is recommended.

detox flow

50 min

Come sweat out the weekend with this 50 minute heated powerful flow class! Perfect to jumpstart your week! This class is suitable for all levels with options for more seasoned practitioners. Class will warm at ~85 degrees.

intro into yoga

60 min

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of  yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing safe alignment as a base for future practice. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try:) OVERCOME THE FEAR OF THE FIRST CLASS TOGETHER!

When we slow down, we become more connected to body, mind, and spirit. Moving slow redefines the way we build strength and control; with improved alignment and awareness, we can bring a new level of challenge to practice. This class is heated to ~75 degrees.


Restorative Yoga

60 Min

Suitable for all levels. Restorative yoga poses require no muscular exertion; each pose is held for 5-7 minutes while supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks.  During the class, you will be guided to mindfully and consciously to notice thoughts and sensations in your body.  Students leave feeling well rested and refreshed; with a new cultivated awareness and clarity.  Guided Yoga Nidra is also incorporated throughout the class. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome. 


LEVEL UP

60 min

Recommended for students with at least 3 months of consistent vinyasa practice. Level Up is a pinnacle pose class where students have the opportunity to work into more advanced postures. This class will move through asana that help prepare the body for the pinnacle pose. Come learn to hold postures with breath awareness. Class is heated to ~82 degrees.


gentle yoga

60 min

Suitable for all levels.  A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. This class is NOT heated.


heated power flow

60 min

Suitable for all levels but those new to yoga should start with Level 1.  This 60-minute class is a strong, fast-paced class designed to build heat and strength. We recommend that students seeking to take these classes feel confident, safe, and strong throughout classic sun salutations. This class is heated to ~ 85 degrees.


yoga sculpt

45 min

What happens when you add weights AND cardio to a yoga class? A recipe for success!! You will tone lean muscles and torch calories in this 45 minutes class. Familiarity with our level one class is a big plus BUT is suitable for ALL LEVELS!!! This class is great for safely building strength and stability! Use your lunch hour to boost the rest of your day and avoid mid-afternoon drowsiness!

chair yoga

60 min

Come take part in one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the help of a chair and experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor! Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.
