6 Week Beginner Series

This 6-Week Beginner Yoga Series is designed to take away the worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga an enjoyable experience. This series will meet twice a week with each new week building upon each other. Each class students will practice breathing techniques, foundational yoga poses and alignment, and feel acceptance in a peaceful setting. Space will be limited to 16 and payment to made in full before series starts to save spot.
